Motor |
| |
The motor housing is made of high strength insulating material and is completely independent of the
protection frame. The frame, also made of strong insulating and elastic material, includes the cover for the
inlet filter of the ventilating air flow, and protects the motor housing from blows even when dropped from
a height. The motor and brushes never touch the ground. The power cord fixation, the connections and the
switch are inside an independent box that can be easily opened for inspection and maintenance, without
having to disassemble the housing.
The design of the protection frame allows the operator to easiliy grip the motor unit, even with a gloved hand,
by any of its four handles, and also to leave it on the ground in any position. The frame protects the motor and
makes it easy to slide along the ground or even over the reinforcement bars. On certain jobs the motor unit
can also be carried with a shoulder strap for easier operaion.

Flexible Shafts |

The outercasing is built with a spiral steel lining inside, covered
by an oil resistant rubber impregnated fabric, a steel wire braid
reinforcement, and a neoprenene cover with high resistance to
abrasion, all extruded and vulcanised together for maximum
strength and flexibility. The high quality inner core and the special
lubricating grease complete a flexible shaft of maximum reliability
for high speed work. |

Poker Heads |
| |
The tube housing and the end cap are made of heat treated steel
for longer life. The eccentric weight has a central reinforcement
wall for minimum bending with maximum centrifugal force. Two
pairs of ball bearings, grease packed for life, and a special upper
seal, make it possible to work for hours in any position without
difficulty. |
